Our venue can hold a multitude of different events including but not limited to:

What comes included in the rental fee?

Included in the rental fee is:

  • Rental fee includes our tables and chairs, tablecloths, set-up and cleanup, PA and microphones for background music and speakers, including lapel mics, access to appliances, and much more.

Is there parking available for my event?

In addition to parking spaces in front of our building, the are an additional 256 spaces within two blocks of The Church @117.


What are the amenities provided by The Church @117?

The Church @117 has wonderful amenities all included in our rental fee. These include:

  • 15 round tables with tablecloths and chairs (seats 120)
  • Bar area
  • Large commercial refrigerator
  • Industrial ice maker
  • Fully equipped stage area
  • Sound system

What are the guidelines for using vendors at this location?

We allow renters the ability to choose their vendors without limitation. If you don’t have any potential vendors in mind, we can provide you local recommendations that we know and trust for all our special events.


How much does it cost to rent The Church @117 for my event?

The rental fee for The Church @117 is based on the size of your event as well as the day of the week. While rates run lowest Sunday through Tuesday, mid-range for Wednesday through Thursday, and highest Friday through Saturday we want to work with you and your budget to ensure the success of your event.
